Iteration Planning in the Exia Process

Here are some screenshots from the Iteration Planning feature in the Exia Process. We’ve tried to keep it a simple and direct as possible. Updates to these iterations are automatically reflected in your Team Foundation Server and vice versa. The key difference is that in TFS iterations have no start/end dates.


Set the iteration start and end date…


Edit iteration lengths directly…


Or just drag to change iteration lengths…


Click to adjust iteration start dates (lag from previous iteration), i.e. so they start on Monday or End on Friday.


One click to add a new iteration.


Start and end dates automatically cascade and include any lag. Just read the iteration end date from the last iteration
